Student Leaders Celebrated by Mayor

Monday 27 July saw the newest student leaders at Rosanna Primary School celebrated. Junior School Councillors and Sustainability Leadership Teams for semester two were presented with their badges by Banyule Council's Mayor, Councillor Alison Champion.
 

Clr Champion was able to share some important lessons of leadership. She spoke about the importance of stepping up to lead. This included exchanging a bib for an apron'! All were challenged to think more deeply and consider ways to support each other in our learning community.
  
Thanks to the Family and Friends of Rosanna Primary School (FORPS) for joining in the celebrations by providing a delicious morning tea for students and parents.
