ParentED: Navigating Friendships and Conflicts
Parents are invited to join us at the termly ParentED workshop on Monday 19 August, 8-9pm children as they develop a range of social strategies. The presentation will be led by Jemima Smith, a speech pathologist, currently supporting a range of students in social groups.
Our ParentED workshops are aimed to support parents as they face the complexities of raising children and supporting them through their early years.
While the initial ParentED workshop explored Emotional Coaching and the second one Cybersafety, this workshop acknowledges the challenges students face as they develop friendships. The evening will explore a range of practical strategies and ways to support children as they navigate friendships and learn to resolve conflicts.
