Yrs3-6 Athletics Full of Encouragers
Students lept, threw, ran and laughed lots as they participated in the annual Yrs3-6 Athletics Carnival on 16 March. At 9:00am 180 students shuffled onto buses and then landed at Willinda Park Athletics Track. You should have seen what happened as they began to stretch their legs!
It was wonderful to see students encourage each other and celebrate the diverse range of achievements of each student. Some fell as they hurdled but sprang back up and completed their race. Others seemed to fly as they particpated in the high jump!
A special thanks to the dedicated team of Rosanna Primary staff and remarkable volunteers without whom the day would not have taken place. We are sure that the day will be a 2026 highlight for many.
